2. Products
All products are artisanally harvested Celtic salt. Prices are displayed in USD including applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms. Orders are confirmed by email after payment is validated.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of order.
5. Shipping
We ship internationally. Orders over $50 benefit from free shipping. Delivery times vary by destination: 2–5 business days for EU, 5–14 business days internationally. Customs duties may apply for non-EU shipments and are the buyer's responsibility.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw without giving any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense unless the item is defective.
7. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.
8. Liability
Celtic Salt shall not be liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
