1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total order weight.Free shipping is applied automatically on all orders of $50 or more.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at haritt93@gmail.com.
4. International Orders & Customs
For orders outside the European Union: customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees may be charged by your country's customs authorities. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Celtic Salt is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures. We comply with all applicable export regulations and accurately declare the contents and value of all shipments.
5. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at haritt93@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. Celtic Salt cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at haritt93@gmail.com — we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
